Room 12 prides itself on building a community through its common areas and events. Our lounge and terrace are the perfect places to hold a business meeting or simply catch up with friends. Our Concierge is available to provide you with any assistance or any recommendations you may require.

No matter the weather, the Sauna is the perfect place to relax.

Fitness & Bicycle Room

Guests of Room 12 have access to the building's fully equipped private sports facilities with on-demand trainers and a top-of-the-line sauna. The gym has two bathrooms and a shower. It is equipped with a smart TV, sound system, water, and towels.

Bodega

As of January 2023, guests will have access to their private self-checkout store. It will provide a curated selection of wine from around the world and champagne, with a focus on celebrating French expertise. Water, juices, and sodas will also be made available. Furthermore, the boutique will display a variety of cheeses, meat, and daily essentials (e.g. olive oil, pasta, rice, salt, pepper, sugar, etc), this also includes cosmetic products. (e.g. shaving cream, tooth paste, etc)

Services

  • Room 12 provides inclusive weekly housekeeping, amenities, and consumables. The cleaning includes professional dry cleaning of all sheets, towels, and bathrobes.

    Additional on-demand cleaning services are made available through our partner application - Artful Living. Amenities refills, garbage pickup, and dry-cleaning are just a few of the services our team provides.

  • From restaurant reservations, to business center services, and other forms of daily assistance, our specialized concierge staff is at your disposal.

  • Booking flights, managing trips, organizing car rentals, our PAs ensure Room 12's guests an infinite pool of tailor-made service packages across the globe.
